Exchange Policy

Here at Fayth, we accept exchanges for the following reasons:

a) Incorrect merchandise received

b) Defective merchandise received

c) Incorrect size purchased

Exchanges are only valid on regular priced items purchased without promotional and/or shipping offers or discount codes. Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis for the exact same design only and any other reasons for returns apart from the above may be subject to restocking fees.

 

Terms

a) Fayth must be notified of an exchange within 14 days from date of invoice.

b) Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent, perfume) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Fayth reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

c) A one to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.

d) Merchandise purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.

e) Exchanges are only to be handled via Mail.

Subject: Exchange for Order Number #(Please include your order number)

Item: (Item Name, Colour and Size)

Reason for exchange: Incorrect Size Purchased*/Incorrect Item Delivered** /Defective Item**

*Please state your preferred size for exchange.

** Please attach pictures of the incorrect/defective item.

 

Incorrect or Defective Mechandise

We apologize for our oversight. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your Fayth account and an exchange for the exact same design will be processed. In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher will be issued to your Fayth account. We do not have a cash refund policy.

 

The following are not considered defect attributes and are non-eligible for exchanges.

a) Measurements may vary 0.5 - 1 inch from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes

b) True color of an item may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer and/or tech device.

 

Sizing & Fit

Here at Fayth, we understand getting the sizing right for the first time may be tricky. We are happy to accept a return for a one to one size exchange of the exact same item in the same colour if you have purchased a wrong size.

 

Please note the following:

a) The exchange option is only applicable if stocks are still available. Requests for an exchange to a different colour, different item, or an item on backorder will be declined.

b) All shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

b) Merchandise purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.
