Welcome to FAYTH.COM. It is imperative that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions before you make your purchase(s), and you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have a particular query that is not addressed, please contact us here.
As we continue to develop FAYTH.COM, we may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property, Software and Content:
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Fayth, protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Fayth. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal and noncommercial use and must credit the content back to "FAYTH.COM". You are not permitted use any content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
a) Please ensure the correct item has been selected before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
b) Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment within 12 hours after completing the checkout process.
c) In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
c) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
a) Vouchers you possess can be viewed in My Account under My Vouchers.
b) Vouchers are non-transferrable and non-extendable.
c) Vouchers you possess have to be applied in the shopping bag before completing the check out process. There will be no cash refunds or reimbursement if your voucher is not applied to your order.
d) Vouchers have to be fully utilized in one transaction. Any excess ununtilized will not be refunded.
e) There will be no replacement vouchers issued for discount vouchers applied on orders that have been cancelled due to non-payment.
a) By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (inclusive of 7% GST). Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.
b) Modes of Payment: Bank Transfer (Local Customers only) and credit and debit card payments by PayPal (Local and International Customers).
c) Paypal fees will be absorbed by us.
d) We do not absorb TT or Cross Region transfer fees for International Customers paying by Bank Transfer. We encourage International Customers to use PayPal.
e) We will not be able to cancel orders once payment has been made.
a) Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or loss of your package.
b) Orders will ship within 2 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise stated. If vital information for processing your order is missing, shipping may be delayed.
c) Shipping fees include handling fees and any excess will not be refunded.
d) Orders sent via Normal Postage (SingPost) are not insured and not trackable. Fayth will not be held liable should the package get damaged or go missing in the process of delivery. We strongly encourage the use of Registered Postage.
e) For International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, applicable customs and import taxes will be your responsibility.

a) True color of an item may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer and/or tech device.
b) Measurements may vary 0.5 - 1 inch from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes.
c) Print placement on apparel may vary unless otherwise stated.
d) There may inevitably be slight scratches on costume jewelry.
e) We will not be held liable if you have purchased our merchandise through a third party.
The above stated are non-eligible for exchanges.
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
a) Incorrect merchandise received
b) Defective merchandise received
c) Incorrect size purchased
Exchanges are only valid on regular priced items purchased without promotional and/or shipping offers or discount codes. Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis for the exact same design only and any other reasons for returns apart from the above may be subject to restocking fees.
a) Fayth must be notified of an exchange within 14 days from date of invoice.
b) Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent, perfume) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
c) A one to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
d) Merchandise purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
e) Customers will be required to bear the cost of redelivery for size exchanges.
f) Exchanges will only be handled by mail.
g) We do not have a cash refund policy. Any refunds made will be credited to your Fayth account as a voucher.

a) All packages sent out by us will include a return address and we will contact you via email if we receive a bounced package addressed to you.
b) Customers will bear the cost of redelivery unless it is an error on our part.
c) Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without any prior notice.
