Will you still have new arrivals weekly?
We want to let you know that we’re still here. New arrivals will continue to be pushed out weekly, and our Customer Care team will still be here for you, to answer any questions you may have.

Can I still place my orders?
You are still able to make your purchases online. Delivery of orders has resumed. Enhanced safety measures and precautions in our warehouse to help keep our team safe may cause slight delays in the delivery of your orders. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
How do I do a return during this period?
Your orders can now be returned at any time by mail to our Fayth HQ. Drop-offs in person are temporarily not allowed due to government measures. Orders made on or after May 21st will adhere to our regular return policies.
What is going to happen to my credit notes?
If your credit notes are expiring from March to May 31st, we will grant an extension to end of June. Please email [email protected] for assistance.
Our Fayth retail stores are closed from 7th April 2020 till further notice, as mandated by our government.
