Fayth requires 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to pack and despatch your order. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order, but we try to be as quick as we can. The delivery methods are stated below with the estimated delivery times. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and Fayth is not able to guarantee delivery dates.

Our Standard Courier Service aims to deliver your package within 1 to 3 business days, however, do note that with the exclusions of Sundays and Public Holidays, it may take up to 4 business days to reach you. Our Courier Service is also unable to deliver to the following addresses including (but not limited to) Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Tuas, Gul Way, Airport Boulevard, shipyards due to certain restrictions. Fayth will contact you for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the restricted areas.
There will be an additional charge of S$3.75 for redelivery in the event of a failed delivery. As the delivery provider may not call before delivery, please ensure that there is someone to receive your package at your delivery address.

Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
All packages shipped internationally will be trackable. Sign in to "Order History" to view your tracking information. Your tracking number will be emailed to you, and will also be available under "Details" the next working day after your order is shipped.
GST, Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
