Welcome to FAYTH.COM. By using the Site and/or placing an order for products from us, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have a particular query that is not addressed, please contact us here.

 

General:

As we continue to develop FAYTH.COM, we may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

 

Intellectual Property, Software and Content:

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Fayth, protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Fayth. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal and non-commercial use and must credit the content back to "FAYTH.COM". You are not permitted to use any content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

 

Shopping:

a) Please ensure the correct item has been selected before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
b) Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment.
c) In order to process your order efficiently, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed.
d) In the event that we are unable to fulfill/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
e) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

Gift Cards:

a) No refund (cash or equivalent) will be given for any unused value.
b) Gift cards are valid for a year from the date of purchase.
c) Gift Cards are strictly non-transferable and validity non-extendable.
d) Gift Cards are not applicable for purchase of another Gift Card.

 

Return Credit Vouchers:

a) Return Credit Vouchers you possess can be viewed in My Account under My Vouchers.
b) Return Credit Vouchers are non-transferable and non-extendable.
c) Return Credit Vouchers you possess have to be applied to the shopping bag before completing the check out process. There will be no cash refunds or reimbursement if your voucher is not applied to your order.
d) Return Credit Vouchers have to be fully utilized in one transaction. Any excess value unused will not be refunded or credited.
e) Return Credit Vouchers are not applicable for purchase of Gift Cards.

 

Discount Vouchers:

a) Discount Vouchers you possess can be viewed in My Account under My Vouchers.
b) Discount Vouchers are non-transferable and non-extendable.
c) Discount Vouchers you possess have to be applied to the shopping bag before completing the check out process. There will be no cash refunds or reimbursement if your voucher is not applied to your order.
d) Discount Vouchers have to be fully utilized in one transaction. Any excess value unused will not be refunded or credited.
e) Discount Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

f) Discount Vouchers are not applicable for purchase of Gift Cards. 

 

Payment:

a) By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.
b) Modes of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit or credit cards. We no longer accept payment via I-Bank and PayPal.
c) We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once payment has been made.

  

Shipping:
a) Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery.
b) Orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation unless otherwise stated. If vital information for processing your order is missing, shipping may be delayed.

c) Initial shipping fees are subsidized. There will be an additional charge for redelivery in the event of a failed delivery and redelivery will be charged at the full cost.

d) For International customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, applicable customs and import taxes will be your responsibility.

e) In the event of failed deliveries, shipping may take longer than stated.

Products:

a) The true color of an item may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from an individual computer and/or tech device.
b) Measurements may vary 0.5 - 1 inch from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes.
c) Print placement on apparel may vary unless otherwise stated.
d) Specks of dust found on printed fabric is not considered a defect due to the manufacturing process
e) There may inevitably be slight scratches on costume jewelry.
f) We will not be held liable if you have purchased our merchandise through a third party.

The above stated are non-eligible for exchanges.

 

Size Exchanges:

Size exchanges will no longer be available for orders placed from 14th April 2017 onwards.

  

Returns:

a) From 14 April 2017 onwards, returns are applicable on regular priced merchandise and exclude gift cards, sale items, bags, and jewelry. Entire orders purchased with a credit note, promo code or discount voucher will also not be valid for returns.

b) Merchandise must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Fayth should be notified of existing defects (if any) before a return is requested for.

c) Fayth will not complete returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party, or for merchandise not in its original condition.

d) A returns request must be made in your "Order History" within 7 days of the date of shipping (Singapore) or within 21 days of the date of shipping (International).

e) You will receive an email with Fayth’s return form and mailing details, and your return must reach us within 5 days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied.

f) It is recommended to mail your return back via a traceable mode of shipping and inform us of your tracking number. Fayth will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

g) We do not have a cash refund policy.

If the above conditions are not met, Fayth reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.

 

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise:

We apologize for our oversight. Please send us an email with images of the defect.

a) Merchandise must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

b) Fayth will not complete returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party, or for merchandise not in its original condition.

c) Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your Fayth account and exchange for the exact same design will be processed.

d) In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher with a validity of 3 months will be issued to your Fayth account.

e) We do not have a cash refund policy.

If the above conditions are not met, Fayth reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.

 

Bounced/Returned Packages:

a) All packages sent out by us will include a return address and we will contact you via email if we receive a bounced package addressed to you.

b) Customers will bear the full costs of redelivery unless it is an error on our part.

c) Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without any prior notice.
